Mayfield Community Training Centre offers five core courses:

Additional classes in Art, Gym, Communications and Personal Development are also a part of the trainees’ timetable. Each course lasts for twelve months with periods set aside for work experience.
A FAS training allowance is paid to each trainee regardless of age. Normal opening hours at the Centre are Monday to Thursday 8:45 to 4:45 and Friday 9:00 to 1:00.
Trainees will have the opportunity to enhance their employment chances through a work experience placement programme that lasts up to six weeks.

The courses are open to anyone between the ages of 16 and 21 who have a genuine interest in training and wish to improve their career prospects
